Make a payment
Payments are processed securely through BlytzPay, our payment partner. Choose whichever option is easiest for you. Every method posts to your account the same day.
1. Pay by text
If you are enrolled in text alerts, you will receive a secure payment link from us before each due date. Tap the link, confirm the amount, and pay from your phone. No login required.

Log in to the customer portal powered by BlytzPay to make a one-time payment, set up automatic payments, or split a payment between cards or bank accounts.
3. Pay by phone
Call (817) 678-3540 during office hours and a team member will take your payment or send a secure link to your phone.
4. Pay in person
Visit our office at 843 S. Cherry Lane, Fort Worth, TX 76108. We accept debit cards, cash, money orders, and cashier's checks.
Common questions
Which payment methods are accepted?
Debit cards, ACH bank transfer, and cash or money orders at the office. Card and ACH payments run through BlytzPay.
Can I set up automatic payments?
Yes. Autopay can be enabled in the payment portal or by calling our office. You can change or cancel it at any time.
Is there a fee to pay online or by text?
KCM Acceptance does not add a fee for payments made by text or through the portal. Message and data rates from your carrier may apply to texts.

Is my payment information secure?
Yes. Card and bank details are entered directly with BlytzPay, a PCI-compliant payment processor. KCM Acceptance does not store full card numbers.
