Text messaging (SMS) and mobile information
If you enroll in KCM Acceptance Account Alerts, we collect your mobile number and a record of your consent. We use this information only to send the account-related messages described in our SMS Terms & Conditions.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
We use service providers, such as BlytzPay, to deliver text messages and process payments on our behalf. These providers act solely as our vendors, may use your mobile information only to perform those services for us, and may not use it for their own marketing purposes.
You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message.
How we share information
We do not sell personal information. We share it only:
- with service providers who help us operate our business (such as BlytzPay for payment processing and text-to-pay messaging, mailing vendors, and messaging platforms), who may use it only to perform services for us;
