1. Program description
KCM Acceptance Account Alerts is a text message program operated by KCM Acceptance LLC, 843 S. Cherry Lane, Fort Worth, TX 76108. Customers who enroll receive account-related messages about their retail installment contract, including payment reminders, secure payment links, due-date and past-due notices, payment confirmations, payoff information, document requests, and responses to customer service inquiries. We do not send marketing or promotional messages through this program.
2. How to opt in
You can enroll in one of the following ways:
- Complete the text alert sign-up form on this website and check the consent box.
- Provide your mobile number and written consent on your account or financing paperwork at KCM Acceptance or a partner dealership.
- Ask a KCM Acceptance representative to enroll you, after which you will receive a confirmation text.
Enrollment is voluntary. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing a vehicle or obtaining financing. After you enroll, you will receive a one-time confirmation message describing the program and how to opt out.
3. Message frequency
Message frequency varies based on your account activity. Most customers receive between one and four messages per month, plus any replies to questions you send us.
4. Cost
KCM Acceptance does not charge for text messages. Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier plan. Contact your carrier for details.
5. How to opt out
Reply STOP to any message to cancel at any time. You will receive a single confirmation text and no further messages will be sent unless you re-enroll. You may also opt out by calling (817) 678-3540 or emailing info@kcmacceptance.com.

7. Supported carriers
Messages are available on major U.S. carriers, including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
8. Privacy
Your phone number and opt-in information are used only to operate this program. We do not share or sell mobile numbers or SMS consent data with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes. See our Privacy Policy.
9. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page. Your continued participation in the program after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
